A New Wardrobe?
We are supposed to go on a short vacation at my grandma’s house in Mindanao this December.I’m trying to think If I have enough outfits for the trip. I think I have to buy new clothes just for that trip. I’m looking for a cute dress that I can wear to a formal dinner. Since I am on a budget I need it to be affordable. Looking at the prices online I’m really tempted to really shop.My goal is to be able to buy a complete wardrobe which of course includes the Basics like a nice pair of jeans,cute tops, underwear, sleepwear and a nice jacket
Although sometimes I read fashion related magazines I have to admit that I’m clueless as to what really looks good on me. I usually bring someone with me when I shop. Like my husband because I eventually let him pay for my purchases. That’s what husbands are for right?I don’t buy from the fashion designers store because it’s overhyped and over priced.I also don’t follow fashion trends that much.
If I can’t buy it online I might just ask my sister to purchase some items for me. She’s still based in the United States and sometimes I wish we didn’t go home so soon. Thanksgiving is coming up so aside from the usual family bonding that also great sales . I miss the Winter Fashion the layering of the outfits, I also miss the fall because it’s not so hot anymore and I could wear basic jacket when go out. Let’s not forget about spring when my son goes on spring break for a week.Lastly my least favorite season is summer because my son is off from school for 6 weeks and the chaos begins. Which probably isn’t such a bad idea since I need to exercise anyway and that gives me an excuse to look for cute fitness outfits yoga perhaps or maybe a new swimsuit is not such a bad idea.
I’ve always had issues with my weight I literally went through various shapes and sizes. It’s a bit depressing but I just learned to roll with the punches. What can I do right? I just tell people that I’m extraordinary inside and outside too.No it’s not the plus sized section for me yet and it’s not the Petite section either. I actually look at the special sizes section. Cool huh???
