I was diagnosed in June of  2008. I have always struggled with my weight, but I never guessed that my thyroid was playing a part in the struggle. I am not sure how I developed Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid). I really did think I’ve had it all my life.I’ve always had a double chin even if I was thin. Grape Carbonara

Yes you read it right this is Grape Carbonara.I took this photo in Goodles located in Robinson’s Galleria. They put grape halves in with the carbonara. According to the owner Sharleen Tan the carbonara, which oftentimes comes out too creamy and rich, is complemented by the taste of the grapes which tempers the richness of the carbonara sauce.Totally loved it!!!

Things that I need to do:

1. Organize our stuff.

2. Search for great buy online and learn to use Online Coupons.

3.  Look for Disney Princess Items for Adee.

4. Buy clothes and shoes the year ahead.This tip might not fly with teenagers, but for little kids it is great. All of the main mall-type stores do end-of-season clearances you just need to watch for them. My daughter is a 2T this summer and you can reasonably guess that she’ll be a 3T next summer, stock up. The items that I know that I can’t use. I can give away as gifts  for sudden birthday emergencies.

5.Donate more on community-based services like the Freecycle Network, where people in your area post items they want to give away. The caveat: This setup isn’t a one-way street — you are expected to post your goodies for swap, too.

Dear Family and Friends:

I understand that sometimes you find me to be strange and things are awkward between us.Especially when I meet you for the first time. Sometimes these meetings can be very hard for me. But here is an  information that might help our first meeting  to be more successful. As you probably know, a hidden disability called autism, or what some people refer to as a Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), challenges me. Autism/PDD is a neurodevelopment disorder, which makes it hard for me to understand the environment around me. I have barriers in my brain that you can’t see, but which make it difficult for me to adapt to my surroundings.
