A DENTAL Disaster

I’m not scared of going to the dentist. I know that I need to go back to the dentist..It took awhile for me to find the clinic which was in Waltermart along.I went in last Friday to schedule an appointment. The dentist told me to come back on Tuesday which was March 30 and so I did.So Tuesday I went to dentist today for a dental prophylaxisWhen I came back the secretary wasn’t there.I was there by 4 and I went out and came back by 4:30 there was a guy who was there and told me that he too had an appointment. The dentist came out and told me that she didn’t schedule my appointment.My blood pressure was starting to rise I told her but her assistant assured me that I had a slot. She said that well she wasn’t the one who I was supposed to talk to.
I told her yes that’s right because you confirmed the appointment and she said I did? I said yes then the assistant said okay and if there’s a problem she’ll text me and since she didn’t send me a text I assumed there was no problem.Well she said that they also had an appointment. I was there first and yet they’ll go next.
I asked her when can I come back and she said next Tuesday at 2pm. She even said that because I was using the Intellicare Card I wasn’t a priority which had upset me even more. It’s not like the card is free..She made me feel like since I didn’t pay in cash I wasn’t good enough. I just need to look for another dentist
because I couldn’t stand her and snooty attitude.
