Moving On

Yes we are definitely moving to our new home next year. Still a condo but it’s something more permanent.. It’s going to happen at around July of next year.Moving in to a new place can be both exciting and stressful. It’s something that I’m n0t looking forward to. Being excited to see the new house and dreading the move both at the same time. Not eagerly anticipating the stress of arranging things in our new home like the furniture and new appliances. I’m sure that my daughter would be eagerly waiting for that time that she would be meeting new friends and playmates and unpacking the boxes to play with her bearington collection . The Big Debate

I’m a very proactive person who is willing to take responsibility for my husband and children’s health, including taking the responsibility to figure out what exactly I need to do when they’re sick. In fact it took me a year to find a pediatrician for my kids because I didn’t want to totally immunize my kids. I’m also very discerning when it comes to medicines that I give them when they’re sick.

There’s always that big debate synthetic vs. herbal medicine which do you give ? which one is safer? which one has lesser side effects. As for me it depends I’ve tried both the Natural kind works but it works much, much, much longer. While the synthetic one works a bit faster. So what do I give them when they have a cough? I give the synthetic one because I need it work faster I don’t want my kids to suffer sleepless nights  because of a cough that won’t go away.

Let’s put things in perspective; one should always be careful with anything they’re taking for medicinal purposes. I think a lot of people experience adverse outcomes with both synthetic and herbal medicines and  because they trust the company which is marketing the product to provide all the necessary information about their product. You also need to do your own research and find out the formulation. I learned that the hard way. One time I had a terrible migraine and took an Advil and  had a terrible allergic reaction. When I checked the formulation I found out that it contained Aspirin which I was allergic to

Another disappointing fact is that attacking each other through advertising. It actually confuses people on what to believe. The other plays the card that Herbal and Natural is safer while the Other one says that Natural doesn’t always work. In the end the choice is entirely up to the consumer who sifts through all of this mud slinging. As for me extreme caution should always be taken.
