My Mushings

I really do like Winter better than summer not a big fan of the sweltering heat and the feeling that my skin burns when I’m under the sun. When It’s winter time you just need to layer your clothes and for maximum efficiency when you need to go outside  just  wear outdoor sportswear.

What I also like about Winter is staying at home roasting marshmallows by the fireplace and  turning the into smores. There are also winter games that the kids can do at home.  One time when we were in New York  we had so much fun  making a snow angel we did it by lying on our back in the snow and spreading out their arms to the side then moving them up and down.I enjoyed watching Philbert’s amazement as he got up carefully and saw our angel with wing prints.

Another  thing that I love to do is have  a winter picnic. I bring a warm sandwich and cookies in an insulated bag , cocoa in a thermos or even hot soup in a soup thermos. Take a blanket to sit on. Then I sit and enjoy the view.
