Can I get this without a doctor’s prescription? My daughter recently caught a cold, and it gets really terrible at dawn. We had her checked up by a doctor, and we were told that steaming is best to relieve stuffy nose. But my daughter is only 8 months old and gets really fussy. Do you think this will work for her? I know I still need to consult a doctor, but I just want to know another parent’s opinion. Thanks. :)
