Cynthia Villar Appears in News to Go

Cynthia Villar who is running for senator recently guested on News to Go. She gamely answered questions on the daily morning newscast of GMA News TV, anchored by Howie Severino and Kara David. It airs Mondays to Fridays at 9:00 AM (PHL Time) on GMA News TV Channel 11.

Kara David asked Cynthia Villar: “Do you believe in love at first sight and love at first sight po ba kayo ni Sen. Villar?”

Kara David asked nakabangga noon ni Senator Manny Villar si Senator Jamby Madrigal tungkol sa C5 project ngayon ay nasa Team Pnoy sya nagkabati na po ba kayo?

I like conversations like these light and easy where we can see their take on different issues where candidates can talk about normal things from something as mundane as their choice of outdoor patio furniture to how they raise their kids to what they do once they get elected.

Studies reveal that this also occurs in combination with other factors such as aging and hormonal changes. Continue reading »

A new year, a new you with Stesso

Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything. It was washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.

Music is a discipline, and a mistress of order and good manners, she makes the people milder and gentler, more moral and more reasonable. He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would fully suffice. Continue reading »

Advantages of Using An Electronic Cigarette

An electronic cigarette, also known as an e-cigarette or E-Cigs, personal vaporizer or PV, is an electronic inhaler that vaporizes a liquid solution into an aerosol mist, simulating the act of tobacco smoking. Electronic cigarettes are no longer marketed as smoking cessation aids or tobacco replacement in most countries, including the United States; however, widespread anecdotal evidence[vague] from PV users credits the devices with having provided long-term success with smoking cessation. There may be similarities between conventional and some electronic cigarettes in the physical design and the nicotine release, which may approximate the same amount of nicotine as a conventional cigarette. There are also many electronic cigarettes which do not resemble conventional cigarettes at all. The amount of nicotine contained can also be chosen by the user, with some people choosing no nicotine at all. Continue reading »

Chicken Charlie kicks off the new year with Virlanie

RiceUp Web photo

Chicken Charlie, an up and coming fast food chain, began the New Year with a happy and heartfelt celebration with the children of Virlanie Foundation last January 5, 2013. The party was held at the Virlanie Foundation’s Drop In Center, with over 50 children in attendance.

The event was held not just to celebrate the arrival of 2013, but to raise awareness for the Foundation’s Rice Up For Street Children Campaign. Rice Up is a campaign which solicits uncooked rice for roughly 400 children in Virlanie’s 13 homes and the children that are part of its outreach programs (Mobile Unit & Open Day Center). Every year, Virlanie goes through at least 600 sacks of rice, providing these kids with three meals a day. Continue reading »
