Keeping your boat in top condition can be a major chore. However, you need to stay on top of this in order to avoid any mechanical problems on the water. You need to concern yourself with using the best parts when you are performing maintenance and repairs. Many people make the mistake of thinking that all boat parts are basically the same. They believe that the company that made the parts is not important. However, that is quite simply not the case. There is a very good reason why some boat part manufacturers are considered to be much better than others. Here are a few of the prime considerations you need to make when you are in the process of shopping for boat equipment parts.
1) How long has the company that made the parts been around?
You can feel very safe buying boat parts made by a company that has been in business for many years. Logic says that a boat part company would not be able to keep attracting new customers and retain old ones if they were producing substandard parts. Therefore, you should always seek out the older companies that have a long and established track record. The same reasoning should apply when you are shopping for boat equipment.
2.)What type of parts are being used by other boat owners?
It would be a good idea to get some input from people who also own a boat and have to buy parts for it every now and then. Talk to many boat owners so you will be able to get a wide variety of opinions on the issue. This will allow you to get a clear picture of the boat part manufacturers that are respected the most by people who use boats on a regular basis.
3.) What type of warranty covers the boat parts that you are buying?
The boat parts that you buy might malfunction for some reason. This happens to even the best quality parts occasionally. Therefore, it is important that the parts you buy will be covered by an extensive warranty. You should not have to pay to have your boat parts repaired or replaced if they fail to do the job they were designed to do. Do not be foolish by paying less for parts without any warranty. This will be a mistake you might regret.
Powerful Return of 4S1M-Yamaha Racing Team, Strikes Gold in the Eneos Philippine Motorsport Championships
The 4S1M-Yamaha Racing team powered by BRT and Racing Force made a powerful comeback, bagging gold and silver awards twice, on the recent fourth leg of the ongoing Eneos Motorsport Championships last August 5 and 6, 2017 at the Clark International Speedway. A more aggressive 4S1M racing team dominated the Clark track in the Moto IR 2 Category with Jeff Teopengco posting first place finishes on both races 1 and 2. Meanwhile, Mark Djereck Ondillo and new rider of the team, John Emerson Inguito, both won second place under 115 Underbone Novice and 150 Open Underbone, respectively.
For this leg, the 4S1M-Yamaha Racing Team showcased the introduction of the latest R15 from Yamaha Philippines and once again brought their finely tuned 150cc Sniper MX and 160cc Mio Scooters with them. The racing team’s motorbikes were fully decked out with impressive racing parts from its exhaust system from Replica Pro, to sprockets from RK Racing Chain, to its suspension from Gaz-i Philippines and Moto Garage PH, brakes and brake pads from Nissin, and to Racing Boy’s mags and FDR wheels.
On the first day of the race, the 4S1M-Yamaha Racing Team showed impressive performances during the qualifying lap, gaining them advantageous position points for the final race. Under UBK 115 category, Ondillo placed pole position; Teopengco, Inguito, and Lopez recorded second, third, and fourth in the UBK 150, respectively; also, Teopengco placed second under PSR 160cc. The racing team was more composed and bolder giving the whole team the assurance that they will dominate the actual races—a statement seconded by General Manager Uy.
“The qualifying time trials went well since our riders are used to wet races. It actually depends on their skills because you cannot push the engine power to its limit on a wet track, or else their motorbikes will slip,” explained Chief Mechanic Joji Sanvictores.
Even the threat of inclement weather couldn’t dissuade the persistent 4S1M-Yamaha Racing Team on the second day of the race. Jeff Teopengco hit the track with the latest Yamaha R15 with its mechanical upgrades and a new VVA engine—powered by a 155.1 cc single cylinder, SOHC, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected mill coupled to a 6-speed gearbox. Teopengco dominated the first race finishing six laps and continued ruling the second race with a 7-second difference leaving other riders behind. Co-racing under the Moto IR Division, Paul Mark Doblada and Herbert Lopez finished a lauded performances.
In the other key category, it was a victorious moment for Mark Djerick Ondillo who started struggling on his first race–even crashing on his first lap. But with his mettle to win, he continued the race with a hurt arm and managed to finish second in the 115 UBK Novice Category.
John Emerson Inguito, who was the newest addition to the team, showed off his maneuvering skills winning second place under 150 Open Underbone. “I am very happy that I won the race, considering the fact that I am against other skilled racers,” he shared.
Meanwhile, Herbert Lopez posted a respectable finish throughout the race, standing second place in the overall ranking under the 150 Underbone Division, only five points behind the current lead.
This winning streak of 4S1M-Yamaha Racing Team sets more determination in conquering the fifth leg of the Eneos Motorsport Championships happening on September 2 and 3 at the Batangas Racing Circuit.
4S1M Yamaha Racing Team was very thankful for the full support of their sponsors gearing them up for a triumphant result: BRT Philippines, JM Mirasol Advertising, Replica Pro, Racing Force, Marton batteries, MP, RK Racing Chain, Gazi Philippines Official, Moto Garage PH, Nissin, Jersey Haven, MDS, FDR, and Racing Boy Philippines.

If you have always been the type of person who loves helping people, you might find that becoming a spiritual counselor is the best career choice. Essentially, you will help people on their spiritual growth path by giving advice on overcoming obstacles and finding their purpose in life.
Because the path is different for everyone, you will represent different concepts of spirituality. Being open minded and a good listener are just two of the attributes that can help you be successful.
What is Spiritual Counseling?
Spiritual beliefs are not only very important to many people, but these beliefs also determine how they choose to live their lives. Some researchers now agree that a person’s well-being is closely linked to their mental and emotional health. How the mind and soul perceives things can have a tremendous impact on the body. This might explain why a spiritual crisis can cause an upheaval that affects other areas of a person’s life.
Focusing on a person’s spiritual side is what you would do as a counselor to help them through the crisis. Seeking out this type of counseling might help them explore their belief systems or perhaps solidify those beliefs.
Before you can begin counseling someone in spiritual matters, you will need to complete rigorous schooling. Typically, you should obtain a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and possibly complete a doctorate program.
Formal education training in human services, health care or religion is useful. Many courses are offered online, but you should be cautious in selecting a program. It is important that the coursework and program itself will meet the requirements of your state to become certified and licensed.
In addition to the educational degrees, receiving a certification and license is also necessary. All counselors are subject to state laws. Therefore, you will be expected to operate within the methodologies within the scope of duty that those laws dictate.
Be the One to Fill a Void
The need for people to counsel others on spiritual matters is clear for those with the heart of wanting to help others improve their lives. Feelings of lost spirituality or confusing spiritual beliefs can lead to fractured decisions and unhappiness.
Being the one who helps people with spiritual and faith matters can be rewarding. Where mental health counselors are bound by limiting scientific systems, you might be able to reach emotional spaces that would otherwise not be uncovered.
- Aging isn’t something that anybody really looks forward to. While you might get smarter with age, it’s the physical aspects of that higher number that gets most people worried. Whether you’re male or female, your skin is likely to suffer as you get older.
While there’s nothing wrong with looking your age, you obviously want to look like the best version of your age that you can, right? You don’t need to go under the knife and spend a small fortune on plastic surgery. What you need is to start getting serious about your skin care routine right now.
Use this guide to learn more about caring for your skin as you get older so you look your best for years to come.
Stop Washing So Much
It might sound crazy when somebody tells you that you’re washing your skin too much, but when it comes to your face, that could very well be the case. Some people over wash with the best of intentions, but it can do a lot more harm than good.
When you wash your face regularly, you strip the natural oils that your body makes to keep your skin supple, radiant and healthy looking. That doesn’t mean that you should wash your face at all.
If you have a normal skin type, meaning not too dry or oily, you should likely only be washing your face once per day and after you sweat during exercise. For most people, washing before bed is the best bet.
If you feel you need to give your face a wash in the morning, try doing it with plain water instead. You’ll still have that fresh feeling, but you won’t strip the oils you need from your skin.
Moisturizer is Your Best Friend
A lot of people who are getting older look to a skin care routine that involves lots of complicated creams and expensive products. For many people, simply following a routine of using moisturizer can help a great deal.
Using moisturizer or a neck skin tightening creme is something you should do in the morning and again in the evening before bed. During the day, a moisturizer with SPF protection can help reduce your risk of sun damage.
In the evening, add specific types of moisturizer like neck skin tightening cream to target trouble areas. Simply doing these basic things can take years off the apparent age of your skin.
